Job summary

Susquehanna International Group is seeking a Quantitative Systematic Trader in New York or Philadelphia. You will combine quantitative research with live trading to build data-driven, automated strategies and monitor performance.

Ideal candidates are Masters graduates by Summer 2026 in quantitative fields, proficient in Python, with knowledge of C++, strong problem-solving, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Masters students graduating by Summer 2026 in quantitative fields such as Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Operations Research, or Economics.
• Analytical problem-solvers with excellent logical reasoning and a passion for turning data into decisions.
• Clear communicators in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.
• Programmers comfortable processing and analysing large data sets in Python; experience with C++ (or another low-level language) is a plus.
• Strategic thinkers with demonstrated interests in strategic games and/or competitive activities.

Responsibilities

• Modeling using probability, statistics, and ML to analyze market behavior.
• Alpha monetization by blending signals with live market insights.
