Job summary

Hawaiian Bros is looking for an Aloha Ambassador/Crew Member in Indiana to deliver warm, friendly service and help train across roles within the restaurant. You’ll greet guests, listen to needs, and offer recommendations while contributing to a fun, team-oriented atmosphere.

As part of our Ohana, you’ll participate in community initiatives and support guests and teammates with a smile, ensuring a clean, smooth operation and a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a big smile and genuine Aloha.
• Make each customer's experience exceptional by listening to their needs and offering personalized recommendations.
• Keep the positive vibes flowing and create a harmonious atmosphere for guests and teammates.
• Get involved in community initiatives that bring people together and make a difference.
• Work as a team to keep operations running smooth and clean and ensure guests have a fantastic time.
• Dish, Service Line, Food Prep, Bagger and Cook – responsible for preparing high quality food in a safe manner, and cleaning/sanitizing items used in food preparation to prevent contamination.
