Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking an ALM Associate in the Chief Investment Office to perform monthly valuation of balance sheet products and assess interest rate risk.

You will capture data, understand position change drivers, and ensure model setup with accurate attribution. The role includes producing daily balance sheet analytics, collaborating with the modeling team, and supporting risk, audit, and regulatory requests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, CS, or similar.
• Moderate experience with SQL and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage independent, time-sensitive deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Own the liability categories on the balance sheet, including transaction deposits, time deposits, borrowings, and other liabilities.
• Produce timely packages of deposit data and analytics.
• Perform the daily balance sheet analytics process, communicate changes to senior managers.
• Support requests from market risk, model risk, audit, and regulators.
• Maintain documentation, controls, and backup coverage for critical processes.
• Collaborate with modeling team on model enhancements.
• Identify and implement automation and AI-driven opportunities with proper controls.
