Job summary

Allure Healthcare Services is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our Float Pool across Illinois locations (Prophetstown, Mt Carroll, Geneseo, Moline, Galesburg, Lake Storey, Stockton, Sterling, Knox County, Mt. Morris, Zion, QC, Peru, Walnut and Mendota).

This role offers variety, flexibility and growth, with shifts across units. As a CNA Float Pool member, you provide daily living support, monitor residents, and ensure health, safety and dignity.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in accordance with state regulations.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English.
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required – we welcome motivated caregivers ready to grow

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with meals, hygiene, ambulation, and positioning
• Monitor resident condition and report changes to the nurse
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests
• Document care and maintain confidentiality
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and compliance standards
• Provide support in different units as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Physical Demands

• Sit, stand, bend, and walk regularly
