Job summary

Allure Healthcare Services invites applications for our CNA Float Pool. You will provide compassionate care across memory care, rehab, long-term care, and other units, supporting residents with daily living activities while preserving health, safety, comfort, and dignity.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification required per state regulations.
• CPR certification is required.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English.
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required – growth-minded candidates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with meals, feeding, hygiene, ambulation, and positioning.
• Monitor resident condition and report changes to the nurse.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests.
• Document care and maintain confidentiality.
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
• Provide support in different units as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Summary

Physical Demands

• Sit, stand, bend, and walk regularly
• Lift/move up to 100 lbs
• Visual and auditory ability to perform required duties
• Moderate noise level typical of a healthcare environment
