Astrya Global Medical Staffing is hiring a physical therapist for a 4-week assignment in Henderson, Nevada, with potential for extension. The role runs 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a 32-hour guaranteed schedule during holiday weeks and overtime options at 1.5x.

The candidate must hold a permanent state license and obtain licenses promptly if starting with a compact license. Pay is $62–$67 per hour, and benefits include medical/dental/vision/life, 401K, and credentialing support.

Qualifications

• Must hold permanent license in the applicable state.
• Obtain permanent license promptly if starting with a compact license.
• Maintain active licensure throughout the assignment.
• Overtime may be available and billed at 1.5x rate.

Responsibilities

• Complete required documentation directly with ATI prior to assignment start.
• Obtain permanent state license promptly if starting with a compact license.
• Must hold permanent license (no compact for South Carolina positions).
• Maintain active licensure throughout the assignment.
• Adhere to a 32-hour guaranteed work week during holiday weeks.
• Work within required experience in designated setting/modality.
• Follow all credentialing requirements as outlined in contract QA.
• Comply with facility dress code as provided during first day orientation.
• Adhere to parking procedures as outlined during first day orientation.
• Work day shift hours as assigned.
• Comply with a 30-day notice requirement.
• Be available for overtime as applicable (billed at 1.5x rate).
• Utilize facility-provided equipment as outlined during interview process.

Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Henderson, Nevada. These positions are 4-week contracts with the ability to extend.

Responsibilities for a PT:

• Complete required documentation directly with ATI outside of standard clearance packet before assignment start
• Obtain permanent state license promptly if starting with compact license
• Must hold permanent license (no compact accepted for South Carolina positions)
• Maintain active licensure throughout assignment
• Adhere to a 32-hour guaranteed work week during holiday weeks
• Work within required experience in designated setting/modality
• Follow all credentialing requirements as outlined in contract QA
