ProLink is seeking an Occupational Therapist to develop rehabilitation plans and address physical, cognitive, and psychosocial barriers in inpatient rehab or home health settings.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in occupational therapy, patient care, and collaboration with healthcare teams while maintaining accurate EHR documentation and adhering to infection control protocols.

Formación

• Active OT license in the relevant state (or ability to obtain licensure).
• Experience in inpatient rehab or home health settings preferred.
• Experience documenting progress in EHR systems (Epic preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Assess functional abilities and develop therapy plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve motor and functional skills.
• Educate patients on adaptive techniques for daily living.
• Document progress in EHRs and maintain accurate records.
