Job summary

McLendon Leadershi is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to support surgeons in the operating room. This role focuses on sterile technique, instrument readiness, and seamless collaboration with the surgical team to ensure patient safety during procedures.

Ideal candidates will have OR experience and be proficient with Epic EHR documentation and perioperative workflows. This position is on-site in the United States.
