Job summary

Florida ENT and allergy, a division of ENT and Allergy Associates, is seeking an Allergy Technician who is multitask oriented and motivated to help patients. This role supports allergy, ENT and audiology care across multiple offices.

The ideal candidate will hold LPN/RN or CMA licensure with at least two years of clinical experience, and be willing to travel between ENTA offices as needed. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Active LPN, RN or Certified Medical Assistant licensure is required.
• Minimum two years hands-on clinical experience.
• Willing to travel between ENTA offices as needed.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a clear speaking voice.

Responsibilities

• Interacting with patients for 20-60 minutes
• Following allergy protocols
• Educating patients on allergy testing and treatments
• Answering patient calls
• Taking patient histories
• Giving injections
• Performing allergy skin tests
• Obtaining authorizations
• Preparing exam rooms
• Sterilization techniques per CDC/ENTAAF/Autoclave requirements
