Kansas City Allergy & Asthma Associates, P.A. is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team in Overland Park, Kansas.

The RN collaborates with physicians and mid-levels to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a private specialty medical office. Responsibilities include coordinating appointments and testing, educating patients on allergy and asthma care, performing clinical assessments, recording results in EMR, and ensuring a safe work environment with

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• EMR experience preferred.
• Private specialty medical office setting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Working with providers to complete necessary appointments and testing protocols.
• Delivering patient education relating to Allergy and Asthma Disease Processes.
• Clinical assessment and judgment during testing protocol completion.
• Observing and recording patient's conditions and reaction to treatments.
• Supporting patient care delivery.
• Entering orders as directed by physician and recording test results into the EMR.
• Keeping supplies stocked and ready, running inventory, placing orders, and verifying receipt.
• Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment.
• Maintains patient confidence and protects operations by keeping patient care information confidential.
