Job summary

Provident Behavioral Health seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner with a Family Medicine background to specialize in Allergy & Immunology. The NP will conduct patient evaluations, perform allergy testing, and manage asthma and pulmonary function with infusion therapies as needed.

This outpatient role offers comprehensive training, a schedule that supports work-life balance, including a potential 4-day work week, and a compensation package with salary between $140,000 and $160,000 plus paid

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner with Family Medicine background.
• Experience in allergy/immunology preferred.
• Experience with allergy testing and immunotherapy.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and follow-up care.
• Conduct allergy testing and administer immunotherapy.
• Manage asthma and evaluate pulmonary function.
• Administer biologic and infusion therapies as applicable.
• Treat allergy, asthma, eczema, urticaria and related conditions.
