Job summary

Baz Allergy, Asthma & Sinus Center seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Central Valley team, providing outpatient specialty care for allergy, asthma, and sinus conditions across Merced, Modesto, and surrounding locations.

The position offers performance-based bonus, PTO, holidays, 401(k), malpractice coverage, and specialty training in a collaborative environment with growth opportunities. California NP/PA license and board certification are required.

Qualifications

• Current California Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license, or ability to obtain.
• Board certification as NP or PA-C.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Excellent patient communication skills.
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
• Allergy/Allergy asthma experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient specialty care to patients with allergy, asthma, and sinus conditions.
• Evaluate and treat patients with allergy, asthma, and sinus conditions.
• Perform comprehensive patient histories and physical examinations.
• Develop individualized treatment and management plans.
• Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic testing.
• Prescribe medications and therapies within scope of practice.
• Manage patients receiving allergy and asthma therapies.
• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, medications, treatment plans, and prevention.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Provide coverage across designated Central Valley locations based on operational needs.
