Job summary

LaSante Health Center is seeking a Part-time Allergist to provide outpatient allergy and immunology care in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) setting, one day per week. The role focuses on evaluating and managing allergic conditions while collaborating with primary care teams to ensure coordinated patient care.

The position requires MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Allergy & Immunology and a current New York State medical license (or eligibility); outpatient

Qualifications

• MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Allergy & Immunology.
• Current New York State medical license (or eligibility).
• Outpatient experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat allergic and immunologic conditions.
• Perform and interpret allergy testing as appropriate.
• Develop treatment plans and provide patient education.
• Collaborate with primary care providers for coordinated care.
• Document visits in the electronic health record (EHR).
