Job summary

GRVTY seeks an All-Source Analyst in Maryland to support DoD/IC missions. You will provide regional all-source expertise on foreign naval strategies, leadership, and readiness, delivering high-quality intelligence products and briefings.

Ideal candidates have an active TS/SCI clearance, 6+ years in intelligence analysis, and proven ability to engage with government stakeholders. The role offers strong compensation, benefits, and growth to drive national security outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in intelligence analysis.
• Proof of advanced training such as college degree, certifications, or advanced military training.
• Ability to work in both a team environment and independently.
• Skilled at engaging with government stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Analyze foreign naval strategies, capabilities, and leadership.
• Assess future operational intent and likely courses of action.
• Produce finished intelligence products and executive briefings.
• Draft and optimize intelligence collection requirements for priority entities.
• Publish multiple monthly all-source products and quarterly reconstructions.
• Evaluate foreign naval strategy, doctrine, and campaign planning.
• Analyze command structures, leadership, and training methodologies with monthly output targets.
