Job summary

Advantage SCI, LLC is seeking a Junior Military Forces Analyst to support USCENTCOM requirements in Tampa, FL, with work across CONUS/OCONUS locations. The role emphasizes all-source analysis of foreign military forces, insurgent and terrorist networks, and target development while following strict security protocols.

The candidate will produce analytic products, update databases, develop training materials, and prepare briefings.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance (with CI Poly) is required/strongly preferred.
• Experience conducting all-source analytic production on foreign military forces or related transregional issues is advantageous.
• Ability to develop training materials and conduct on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Produce all-source analytic products on foreign military forces, insurgents, terrorists, and militant groups.
• Develop Order of Battle/Force Disposition databases and perform basic target development.
• Review and edit database records; support targeting through data collection and RFIs.
• Prepare briefings and respond to information requests (RFIs).
• Adhere to DoD/USCENTCOM policies and protect classified information.
