Trideum Corporation is seeking experienced professionals to develop, execute, and maintain training for All-Source Intelligence Analysts (35F) for the U.S. Army.

This role supports the Army Intelligence Center of Excellence by translating military experience into doctrinally founded intelligence training and curricula. The position involves instructional duties, material development, and collaboration across working groups to ensure curricula remain current with modern TTPs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years MOS operational experience as 35F/350F/35D in the last ten years.
• Completed one applicable military course (ABCs: ALC, SLC, WOBC, WOAC, MIOBC or MICCC).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and Army Writing Style.

Responsibilities

• Instruct and train personnel from prepared course materials.
• Develop training materials, products, and documentation.
• Assist in evolving curricula and Program of Instruction (POI).
• Keep course curricula current and aligned with modern TTPs.
• Attend working groups, IPRs, and other meetings as required.

• Minimal travel required for this position.

Position Summary

We are seeking experienced candidates who are excited about developing, executing, and maintaining the training for All-Source Intelligence Analysts (35F) in the U.S. Army. This is an exciting opportunity for successful applicants to apply their military experience to help the U.S. Army Intelligence Center of Excellence accomplish its mission of developing doctrinally founded Military Intelligence professionals.

What You’ll Do

Your day-to-day activities include, but are not limited to:

• Instruct and train personnel from prepared course materials
• Develop requisite training materials, products, and documentation
• Assist in the process of curricula and Program of Instruction (POI) evolution
• Assist in keeping all aspects of course curricula current, relevant and effective according to modern tactics, techniques and procedures (TTPs)
• Attend a variety of working groups, IPRs, and other meetings when required
• Responsible for all assigned contract deliverables and assignments
• Minimal travel required for this position
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience working on the most recent automation tools‑sets and systems applicable to 35F intelligence operations
• Knowledge and demonstrated experience with Military Map Reading, Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment (IPoE), Military Symbology, targeting and the Military Decision‑Making Process (MDMP)
• Demonstrated experience and ability to prepare and conduct briefings and produce analytical writing
• Possesses experience operating current automated Intelligence Information Processing Systems
• Must have 4 years of MOS operational experience as a 35F, 350F, or 35D (or an equivalent specialty in another branch of service or other U.S. Government agency) conducting all‑source intelligence operations in support of authorized intelligence activities as defined by AR 381-10 within the last ten years
• Must have completed one applicable military course (i.e., ALC, SLC, WOBC, WOAC, MIOBC, or MICCC)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills and familiar with the Army Writing Style
• Able to meet all requirements to be issued a Common Access Card (CAC)
• Must be a United States Citizen
• Must possess a minimum of an Interim Top Secret Security Clearance and be able to maintain an active Top Secret Security Clearance

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college
• Instructor certified (i.e., a Common Faculty Development Instructor Course (CFDIC) or government / military branch equivalent graduate)
• Four years of experience in the formulation, assessment, and execution of training requirements and alternatives (platform instruction, distance learning, blended training, interactive multimedia instruction)
