Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an All-Source Intelligence Analyst, Mid, to analyze foreign military capabilities and support U.S. nuclear enterprise programs.

You will generate written products, briefs, and white papers in accordance with IC tradecraft standards, while coordinating collection activities and mentoring junior analysts. The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance, a bachelor’s degree (or 7+ years of equivalent experience), and 3+ years of all-source intel analysis.

Qualifications

• Experience authoring products utilizing ICD 203 and ICD 206 tradecraft standards.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products, ad hoc reports, and briefings.
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam.
• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience conducting all-source intelligence analysis and working with intelligence systems and tools, or 7+ years of experience conducting all-source intelligence analysis and working with intelligence systems and tools in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Perform ICD-compliant analysis to support the U.S. nuclear enterprise.
• Analyze current and anticipated foreign military capabilities and provide context for programs.
• Participate in collection activities supporting strategic priorities and contingencies.
• Generate analytic lines and written products per IC tradecraft; brief senior DoD leaders.
• Mentor and share expertise with other analysts.
