Job summary

Leidos in McLean, VA seeks an All-Source Analyst to counter terrorist and transnational organized crime threats. You will map networks, enhance interagency targeting data, and drive collection activities to advance national security objectives.

The role requires TS/SCI with Polygraph, experience briefing senior managers, and familiarity with SIGINT/HUMINT and targeting tools. Bachelor's degree with 8 years or Master's with 6 years experience is expected.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph is required.
• Proven ability to brief senior level managers effectively and efficiently.
• Knowledge of all-source intelligence, including SIGINT, and/or HUMINT collection reports.
• Familiarity with Boolean search methodologies and classified client databases, including specific targeting tools.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with producing Finished Intelligence or structured threat assessments.
• Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical audiences and translate intelligence questions into written responses.
• Familiarity with key US national security, CT/NT, and local/federal law enforcement datasets.
• Bachelor's degree and 8 of relevant experience or Master's degree with 6 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Source data for large-scale projects supporting NIFC efforts and interagency targeting.
• Produce strategic intelligence to counter Terrorist and Criminal Organizations (FDTCO).
• Conduct network illumination of FTO-designated cartels and gangs.
• Enhance interagency targeting data using IC and LE information.
• Drive collection with IC and DOJ to fill gaps in network understanding.
• Support field customer representatives and interagency partners with targeted analysis.
• Produce strategic analysis to illuminate FDTCO/CT information across interagency.
