Job summary

Noblis is seeking Finished Intelligence Analysts to work in McLean, Virginia, analyzing all-source intelligence on terrorism and counterterrorism and delivering written products, responses to taskings, and oral briefings.

You will conduct all-source analyses, fuse information from multiple sources, and produce high-quality finished intelligence products for senior policymakers, collaborating across the IC to support priorities and decision-making.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship is required.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Conducting all-source analysis to develop integrated CT intelligence assessments addressing complex questions.
• Researching, evaluating, and fusing information from multiple sources to identify trends and develop actionable intelligence leads.
• Applying structured analytic techniques to assess information and develop defensible intelligence judgments.
• Developing finished intelligence products, including assessments, reports, summaries, and briefings for senior policymakers.
• Responding to taskings by producing timely, accurate analytical products and oral presentations.
• Collaborating across the Intelligence Community to coordinate reporting and support operational decision-making.
• Applying ICD 203 and ICD 206 to ensure objective and properly sourced products.
• Supporting continuous mission operations and evolving customer requirements.
