Job summary

Blue Iris Tech Consulting, Inc. is seeking an experienced all-source intelligence analyst to assess foreign cyber threats affecting U.S. national security. You will integrate data, produce finished intelligence products, and brief senior leadership.

This role requires TS/SCI access, on-site work in secure facilities, and willingness to travel CONUS/OCONUS as needed; competitive benefits and professional development are offered.

Qualifications

  • Security clearance and polygraph within required timeframe.

Job description

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Use authorized all-source intelligence reporting, analytic tools, and databases to assess foreign cyber threats affecting U.S. national security and defense interests.
  • Integrate, evaluate, analyze, and convert raw reporting and all available data into finished intelligence products.
  • Analyze national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature; assess, interpret, forecast, and explain their significance.
  • Provide all-source analytic support to authorized collection, operational, investigative, and defense intelligence requirements.
  • Identify, monitor, and assess foreign intelligence threats affecting U.S. national security information, activities, personnel, and interests, including emerging-technology concerns.
  • Apply knowledge of foreign intelligence and U.S./partner counterintelligence capabilities to conduct in-depth research, produce all-source assessments, and contribute to counterintelligence strategies.
  • Produce products addressing strategic, current, and anticipatory foreign cyber threats and provide assessments concerning implications for U.S. national security and defense interests.
  • Answer production requirements and requests for information; identify intelligence gaps; write consumer evaluations of raw reporting; and prepare and present briefings.
  • Develop and present approved programs of instruction concerning cyber and counterintelligence concepts, processes, and operational considerations.
  • Produce threat intelligence briefings, analytic reports, counterintelligence notes, cyber threat products, and visual information products.
Required Qualifications:
  • (2) or more years of experience performing analysis of foreign cyber threats and;
  • (2) or more years of experience performing CI analysis, operations, or investigations and;
  • Completion of the Defense Cyber Investigations Training Academy (DCITA) Cyber Fundamentals 100, Cyber Fundamentals 200,and Introduction to Networks and Computer Hardware (INCH) Course; Joint Military Intelligence Training Center (JMITC) Introduction to Cyberthreat Analysis Course (ICAC) and;
  • Specific experience using Microsoft applications and the following databases and research tools: M3, RMT, CIA WIRe, NSA PULSE, TAC,ALICE, ID Scoreboard, and CHROME
  • U.S. citizenship.
  • Active Top Secret security clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) access.
  • Current counterintelligence (CI)-scope polygraph (within the last five years), or willingness to undergo CI-scope and/or random CI polygraph examinations when required by the duty position, station, or access requirements.
  • Ability to work primarily onsite in a Government-owned or Government-leased secure facility; routine telework is not authorized.
  • Ability and willingness to travel within CONUS and OCONUS for meetings, conferences, training, and mission requirements, subject to Government authorization.
  • Ability to comply with site- and contract-specific security policies, complete ACIC-mandated training, and execute the required nondisclosure agreement before beginning work.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Completion of the Defense Cyber Investigations Training Academy (DCITA) Cyber Fundamentals 100, Cyber Fundamentals 200, and Introduction to Networks and Computer Hardware (INCH) courses.
  • Completion of the Joint Military Intelligence Training Center (JMITC) Intelligence Cyberthreat Analysis Course (ICAC).
