Job summary

Celestar, a B&A Company, seeks an All-Source (CI) Analyst at Fort Belvoir, VA to join the Security Vetting Office. The role focuses on CI screening, vetting and intelligence analysis to support DoD and federal agencies.

Candidates should have 5 years of intelligence analysis experience, TS/SCI with SCI access, and strong written and oral communication skills. Proficiency with JWICS/SIPRNet/NIPRNet and MS Office is required.

Qualifications

• Five years of intelligence analysis experience; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficiency drafting assessments and intelligence reports.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Familiar with DoS, NSA, DIA, CIA, FBI, and NTCT products.
• Experience with JWICS, SIPRNet, and NIPRNet networks.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI Access.
• Ability to interact with diverse groups and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide CI-focused screening, vetting, and analysis for the Security Vetting Office (SVO).
• Organize research findings and produce descriptive products.
• Support the creation and delivery of documentation for assigned programs.
• Develop analytical procedures to meet changing requirements.
• Operate in secure facilities and handle classified information.
• Provide recommendations to senior leaders, peers, and subordinates.
