Job summary

QinetiQ US in Quantico, Virginia, seeks a senior All Source Analyst with INDOPACOM experience to join our DIA-focused team onsite.

You will conduct multi-source analysis, produce high-quality deliverables for senior policymakers, and brief defense stakeholders on national security issues. The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly.

Qualifications

• Experience with strategic all-source intelligence analysis using multiple data sources.
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables for senior policymakers including complex written products and briefings.
• Experience with all-source counterintelligence analysis using SIGINT, HUMINT, etc.
• Familiarity with all-source research tools such as Pulse, RMT, TAC, NGT, etc.
• Experience with ICD 203 and ICD 206 directives.
• Active TS/SCI clearance and CI Poly.
• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of analysis experience or 12+ years in lieu of a degree.

Position Overview

• Conduct analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature
• Provide all source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policy makers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings

Required Qualifications

• Experience with strategic all-source intelligence analysis, including using analytic tools to research data from multiple intelligence sources and analyzing findings
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings
• Experience with all source counterintelligence analysis using SIGINT, HUMINT, etc.
• Experience and familiarity with All Source research tools such as Pulse, RMT, TAC, NGT, etc.
• Experience and familiarity with Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 203 and ICD 206
• Active TS/SCI clearance and CI Poly
• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience with analysis or 12+ years of experience in lieu of a degree

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with briefing at the General Officer, Flag Officer, or Senior Executive level
• Knowledge of the INDOPACOM AOR

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this role is $120,000-$124,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. QinetiQ US considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
