Clear Resolution Consulting, LLC is seeking a Senior All-Source Analyst (Cyber) at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling. The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities include all-source intelligence analysis, producing senior-level briefings, and countering cyber threats with data analytics and open-source research. This is an immediate opening for a full-time position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables for senior policymakers or defense stakeholders.
• Experience with data analytics, analysis, and visualization.
• Knowledge of INDOPACOM AOR.
• Indoc/DoD familiarity is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Produce technical, analytic, and investigative support to client partner agencies
• Provide clients and partner agencies with the attribution and identification of new adversary infrastructure to conduct extensive US partner agency engagement and document developments and findings
• Enhance technical support to client field offices and other intelligence partner agencies to identify and counter foreign cyber threats against U.S. information systems, infrastructure, and cyber-related interests
• Create intelligence community reporting by performing all source analysis and open-source research to support ongoing investigations and intelligence collection
• Perform raw packet capture or NetFlow analysis while developing innovative ways to exploit data
• Coordinate actively with law enforcement, counterintelligence, and intelligence community peers to provide a greater comprehension of Cyber threats

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• A current & active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph
• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience required
• OR HS/GED and a 12+ years experience
• Experience with all-source intelligence analysis and production on foreign national cyber military capabilities and foreign use of cyberspace, including but not limited to doctrine, intent, operations, supporting services and infrastructure, and vulnerabilities
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings
• Experience with data analytics, analysis, and visualization
• Experience with Joint Force or Service learning programs, methods, and schools
• Knowledge of INDOPACOM AOR

COMPENSATION

Base salaries at CRC are determined by various factors, including work location, an individual's education, knowledge, skills, experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected salary range for this position is $125,000 to $145,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of CRC’s total compensation package.
