Lucayan Technology Solutions LLC is seeking a Mid-Level All-Source Intelligence Analyst to support the Joint Intelligence Operations Center (JIOC) at MacDill AFB, Tampa, FL. The role requires analyzing multiple intelligence sources, producing briefings and reports, and coordinating with U.S. and coalition partners.

Travel to CONUS/OCONUS locations is expected. Ideal candidates hold TS/SCI clearance with SSBI and a favorable polygraph, US citizenship, and 3–7 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen
• TS/SCI clearance, SSBI, and favorable CI polygraph.
• 3–7 years of intelligence experience as Mid-Level.
• Strong analytical, research, and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of HUMINT, SIGINT, IMINT, GEOINT and OSINT.
• Willingness and ability to deploy to CONUS and OCONUS.

Responsabilités

• Conduct independent all-source intelligence analysis and produce actionable intelligence products.
• Maintain subject-matter expertise on assigned regions or threats in the AOR.
• Support ISR planning, collection management, and I&W production.
• Mentor junior analysts and review their work for accuracy and quality.
• Collaborate with U.S. Government agencies, coalition partners, and interagency teams.
• Deploy to operational locations as required.

What You'll Do

• Required Qualifications:

• Mid-Level: 3-7 years of intelligence experience with demonstrated expertise.
• Strong analytical, research, and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of intelligence disciplines (HUMINT, SIGINT, IMINT, GEOINT, OSINT).
• Willingness and ability to deploy to CONUS and OCONUS locations.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience supporting joint or coalition operations.
• Familiarity with intelligence systems, databases, and analytic tools.
• Experience in ISR planning, collection management, and targeting support.
