Job summary

Bridge Defense is seeking an All-Source Analyst for a full-time position in Washington, D.C. to support an Intelligence Community partner. You will perform strategic all-source analysis, develop deliverables for policymakers, and brief senior stakeholders.

Qualified candidates have TS/SCI clearance (CI poly preferred) and a background in analysis with 3+ years (or 7+ years with a HS diploma). Strong written and oral communication is essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience with strategic all-source intelligence analysis of foreign military, security issues, using analytic tools.
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders.
• Knowledge of ICD 203/206 analytic tradecraft standards.
• Active TS/SCI clearance (CI poly preferred).
• HS diploma or GED with 7+ years of analysis, or Bachelor's with 3+ years of analysis.
• Excellent oral, writing, and coordination skills under pressure.

Summary: Bridge Defense is seeking an All-Source Analyst for a full-time salaried position supporting an Intelligence Community partner.

Required Qualifications, Education, and Experience:

· Experience with strategic all-source intelligence analysis of foreign military, security, and related political issues, including using analytic tools to research data from multiple intelligence sources and analyzing findings.

· Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings

· Knowledge of ICD 203/206 analytic tradecraft standards.

· Active TS/SCI clearance (preference will be given to candidates with an in-scope CI poly).

· HS diploma or GED and 7+ years of experience with analysis, or Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience with analysis.

• Excellent oral, writing, and coordination skills to communicate factual information clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, often under pressure and tight deadlines that meets or exceeds established analytical standards.

Desired Qualifications, Education, and Experience:

• Knowledge of South America, Central America, and/or the Caribbean, including non-state actors and narcoterrorist groups.
• Ability to work independently while applying government policy guidance.
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously.

• Ability to operate across traditional technical boundaries, comfortable working in the compute space as well as the storage space in an operational capacity.
• Technically curious and driven to learn new skills.

Clearance: TS/SCI Clearance (with current/in-scope CI Poly, or willingness to sit for CI Poly)

Salary Range: 80K - 100K

General Factors:

• Depending on project requirements, may be required to work within a compressed schedule; overtime should be expected when schedules demand it.
• Willing to travel, if needed.
• No Relocation.
• Must be able to sit/stand at a desk for long-periods and must be able to lift 20 pounds occasionally.
• Must be able to multi-task and rapidly change priorities with limited notice.
