Job summary

CACI All Source Analyst is embedded with Special Operations Command Europe (SOCEUR) and other partners to support threat analyses and strategic planning. You will produce All Source analyses and assessments for readiness, modernization, and innovation initiatives.

You will develop new solutions and standards, coordinate with interagency partners, and communicate findings to decision-makers while mentoring SOF intelligence personnel.

Qualifications

• Current TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years experience, or associate degree with 7+ years, or 9+ years of relevant work experience.
• Minimum of three years in operations coordination within an O-5+ command or DoD contract of similar size and scope.
• Working knowledge of portals and real-time knowledge management systems.
• Ability to independently deliver a thorough In-Depth All Source Strategic Analysis product.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with the tools: Fade Mist, Palantir, BOHDI, MAVEN, MOSAIC.

The Opportunity:

As a CACI All Source Analyst, you will serve as a key member of a Threat Analyses and Strategic Planning Team embedded with Special Operations commands across Special Operations Command Europe (SOCEUR), and other Strategic Partners across the enterprise.

You will directly support planning and policy development for large and complex projects.

You will be responsible for providing All Source analyses and assessments in support of readiness, modernization, and innovation initiatives.

You will through all source analyses, contribute to developing new solutions, processes, and standards while communicating with parties external to your organization, the interagency, and its community of interest (COI). You will be responsible for providing accurate, relevant, and timely All Source analyses. Your analyses and assessments will coordinate and integrate all pertinent input and data from other functional groups and technical personnel.

Responsibilities:

You will also support the following tasks:

• Serve as the baseline embedded Intel Analyst.
• Develop detailed threat analysis and assessments against national and global threats to identify risks, gaps, and vulnerabilities and recommend countermeasures.
• Leverage and deliver the tools, expert analysis, and tradecraft required to provide timely, relevant, and understandable intelligence material to inform decision-makers and influence outcomes.
• Conduct all-source research, analyses, reporting, processes, and databases.
• Teach, coach, and mentor supported SOF unit intelligence personnel to master these activities.
• Work with other Analysts, Planners, and Integrators in developing a range of operations and intelligence products as well as material and training solutions.
• Provide consistent real-time updates of current analyses and assessments to existing Intel databases. (Analysts on-call from the Threat Analysis Team include: GEOINT, OSINT, MASINT, HUMINT, *Sub-T, *dense urban Terrain, *Insider Threat, *C-UAS) (SMEs on-call from Mod & Innovation Cell include *UGVs, EMS, EW, KM; ORSA; RDT&E; RED Team; Cultural Advisors; IT; TNG Integrators; Curriculum Integrators; Logisticians; linguist)

Qualification

Required

• Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience, or an associate degree and 7+ years of experience, or 9+ years of relevant work experience.
• Minimum of three years of experience in operations coordination roles of responsibility within an O-5 or above tactical, operational, or strategic level command or while supporting a DoD contract of similar size and scope.
• Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of portals and other real or near real-time knowledge management systems.
• Able to independently create from start to finish a thorough In-Depth All Source Strategic Analysis product.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of Fade Mist, Palantir, BOHDI, MAVEN, MOSAIC.

Desired

• Experience supporting SOF, TSOCs, or Joint SOF organizations.
• Must be able to work independently, with limited government oversight, and function effectively as part of a team in a joint working environment.
• Capable of implementing Large Language Model (LLM) solutions for information extraction, summarization, and analysis.
• Competency with Python, SQL, cloud-based platforms, and API integration to create, extract, and manipulate data from relational databases.
