Job summary

BTS Software Solutions is seeking an All-Source Analyst to collect and analyze intelligence from multiple sources, synthesize data into coherent briefings, and monitor and assess information to identify potential threats and opportunities. Primary Locations: Colorado Springs, CO and El Paso, TX.

Clearance Requirement: TS/SCI. Education: 12 years of relevant experience and a degree, including advanced all-source courses, planning courses, tradecraft, and operational courses.

Responsibilities

• Execute intelligence analysis to support operational priorities in accordance with standing intelligence production priorities and guidance.
• Develop, provide and disseminate comprehensive finished All‑Source intelligence studies, analysis, and estimates in support of military commanders worldwide.
• Conduct meetings and coordination efforts at times commensurate with the complexity and status of the effort during specified operations.
• Address sourcing requirements for disseminated analytical products in accordance with directive, guidance, and policy.
• Drive production and analysis to satisfy commander and National requirements.

Job Duties

• Execute intelligence analysis to support operational priorities in accordance with standing intelligence production priorities and guidance.
• Develop, provide and disseminate comprehensive finished All‑Source intelligence studies, analysis, and estimates in support of military commanders worldwide.
• Conduct meetings and coordination efforts at times commensurate with the complexity and status of the effort during specified operations.

Education and Experience

• Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex cybersecurity issues, responding to requests for information and submitting intelligence collection and production requirements.
• 12 years of relevant experience and an educational degree, including advanced all‑source courses, planning courses, tradecraft, and operational courses.

Pay Range

$95,000 to $110,000 full salary range (lowest to highest across locations). The pay range is a general guideline and not a guarantee of compensation.
