Job summary

The Parking Spot is hiring Shuttle Drivers for all shifts, including evenings and overnights, at full-time status. The role emphasizes safe transport of customers between parking facilities and airports, excellent hospitality, and knowledge of local terminals.

Eligible employees gain access to paid time off, medical/dental/vision, and a robust employee ownership program. Wage starts at $14.25 per hour plus tips, with weekly paychecks and opportunities for shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school education or equivalent.
• Previous driver and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Maintains a satisfactory driving record per Employee Handbook.
• Holds necessary licenses/badges to operate a commercial vehicle.
• Willing to pass a physical per airport/DOT/state rules.
• English reading/speaking sufficient for public interaction and DOT reporting.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport up to 15 passengers to/from airport terminals and TPS parking locations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Greet customers with a smile and assist with luggage.
• Provide pleasant customer service and knowledge of facilities and terminals.
• Cooperate with team members to deliver best possible service.
• May cross-train for other frontline positions as directed.
• Comply with regulations governing operation of commercial vehicles.
• Perform additional duties as requested by management.
