Lotus Village is seeking a Resident Care Aide for full and part-time positions. The ideal candidates must be devoted and compassionate about their chosen career.

We are looking to fill all shifts, with Full or Part Time Available. Duties of a Resident Care Aide include assisting with baths/showers, bed making and coordinating activity groups, passing trays and answering call lights, and helping with meals and setting up the dining room.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Long term care experience - preferred
• Sufficient experience to perform daily duties and understand responsibilities.
