Qualifications

• Passes routine visual inspections to ensure quality parts.
• Maintains safety by following PPE requirements and safety policies.
• Able to work across multiple shifts and communicate trends to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine visual and touchpoint inspections according to standards.
• Collaborate with team to identify problems related to safety, quality, and productivity.
• Ensure correct product labeling and compliance.
• Maintain a safe working environment with PPE adherence.
• Report trends to leaders and technicians; escalate issues as needed.
• Possibly obtain a Powered Industrial Truck license if required.
• Support additional duties as directed by the leader.
• Trainer designation: pass Trainer interview and Train the Trainer course; train on manufacturing systems.
