Job summary

i4 Dental Lab is seeking a seasoned CAD/CAM Designer specializing in full-arch implant restorations (All-on-X) to join a top-tier team. You will design high-end restorations using exocad or 3Shape and mentor junior designers, driving advanced workflows and standard operating procedures.

You will collaborate with clinicians on complex cases, ensure QC before milling/printing, and push for efficient, high-quality digital workflows in a fast-paced lab setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on dental CAD/CAM design experience focusing on full-arch implant cases.
• Proficiency in 3Shape Dental System, exocad, or equivalent platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of occlusion, dental esthetics, implant components, and digital restorative principles.
• Experience mentoring or guiding fellow designers in a fast-paced lab.
• Ability to balance exceptional quality with high-volume production.

Responsibilities

• Advanced Design: craft high-end full-arch implant restorations (All-on-X, hybrids, bars, crowns, bridges) using exocad or 3Shape.
• Technical Guidance: mentor and support junior CAD/CAM designers with feedback and design insights.
• Workflow Optimization: refine digital workflows and establish SOPs to elevate lab production quality.
• Quality Control & Collaboration: review scans/Rx, perform final QC on designs before milling/printing, and collaborate with clinicians on complex cases.
• Problem Solving: troubleshoot challenging cases and provide innovative design solutions within turnaround times.
