Job summary

Germain Land Rover North Hills is seeking an Alignment Service Technician to perform precise wheel alignments in a fast-paced, customer-focused shop. You will ensure vehicles meet manufacturer specifications and maintain peak performance through accurate alignment procedures.

The role requires knowledge of alignment equipment and procedures, accuracy, and teamwork. A valid driver's license is essential, with ASE certification considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Alignment Service Technician or similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of automotive alignment procedures and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• ASE certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform wheel alignments on a variety of vehicle makes and models following manufacturer guidelines.
• Inspect and diagnose alignment problems and recommend corrective services.
• Operate alignment equipment and make adjustments to steering, suspension, and frame components.
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with service advisors and team members.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are consistently met.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
