Job summary

Alibaba Sunnyvale is seeking a highly capable AI/ML researcher to lead the next generation of our B2B AI search engine. You will design data structures, frameworks, and evaluation metrics to drive end-to-end AI solution development and deployment.

The role requires building LLMs and NLP/vision algorithms, solving real-world personalization problems, and collaborating with colleagues to push the boundaries of AI-powered shopping experiences.

Qualifications

• Ability to implement and verify state-of-the-art NLP or Computer Vision algorithms.
• Experience with building large language models.
• Experience applying machine learning to personalization problems.
• Excellent problem-solving and programming skills in Python.
