BASIS Ed Texas is seeking an Algebra 2 and Calculus Teacher to join our bright, passionate team. You will prepare and deliver subject-specific lessons and implement the BASIS Curriculum to keep learning at a high, internationally competitive level.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in the subject area (or 24+ credit hours with another degree), an IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver subject-specific lesson plans.
• Provide instruction at a higher level than grade standard to achieve exceptional results.
• Implement BASIS Curriculum to ensure internationally competitive education.
• Collaborate with BASIS Curriculum teachers to develop curriculum and materials.
• Tutor students to heighten academic and career trajectories.
• Manage student behavior to foster learning and responsibility.
