Formación

• Degree in marketing, communications, human services, or related field preferred.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license and ability to travel locally.
• Experience in senior living, healthcare marketing, hospitality, or long-term care insurance preferred.
• Proven success in sales, outreach, or community engagement.
• Excellent communication and customer service orientation required.

Description

Are you a creative, relationship-driven marketing professional passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors? Join our team as the Marketing Director at Rosario Assisted Living and Memory Care and help families discover a community where compassionate care, meaningful connections, and quality of life come first.

This role identifies individual needs, guides prospects through the decision-making journey, and ensures a smooth transition into the community. The Marketing Director develops and executes internal and external marketing strategies, cultivates referral sources, and strengthens community partnerships. Additionally, this role is responsible for maintaining occupancy goals, tracking resident movement trends, and serving as the primary point of contact for all inquiries related to admissions and assessments, in collaboration with the community management team.

Essential Functions:

• Uphold Olympus Living’s Values and Code of Conduct, ensuring compliance with Resident Rights and HIPAA regulations at all times.
• Serve as a positive representative of the community, maintaining a professional image and fostering strong relationships within the local area.
• Build and maintain partnerships with key community influencers, including healthcare providers, religious organizations, and senior service professionals.
• Develop and distribute promotional materials to generate inquiries and increase visibility.
• Represent the community at local events, support groups, and professional gatherings to enhance brand awareness and referral networks.
• Meet or exceed established performance metrics and occupancy goals.
• Lead the resident inquiry and admissions process, including conducting tours, assessing needs, qualifying candidates, and securing move-in commitments.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective residents and families through various communication channels.
• Accurately manage and update the prospect database in accordance with community policies.
• Prepare and submit required reports, budgets, and documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
• Collaborate closely with the Executive Director and community leadership team to align marketing efforts with operational goals.
• Draft and distribute internal and external communications as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Chief Executive Officer.

Requirements

Education:

• Degree in marketing, communications, human services, or a related field preferred.

Licenses/Certifications:

• Valid state-issued driver’s license required.
• Must be able to travel locally for marketing events, outreach, and community engagement.

Experience:

• Prior experience in senior living, healthcare marketing, hospitality, or long-term care insurance strongly preferred.
• Proven success in sales, outreach, or community engagement roles.
• Superior communication skills and a strong customer service orientation required.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with residents, families, and community partners.
• Ability to make independent decisions and remain calm in high-pressure or emergency situations.
• Professional appearance and demeanor; able to work harmoniously with others.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), PCC, WelcomeHome CRM, Hubspot, and Kronos (or similar platforms).
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and maintain confidentiality.
• Demonstrates patience, tact, and a positive attitude when interacting with residents, staff, and the public.
