Pass a 10-panel drug screen.
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify).

Responsibilities

Verify identity of employees and visitors, print the correct badge, and check visitors in through the Visitor Management system.
Monitor and respond to alarms within BCBSLA response times.
Patrol buildings, parking areas and garages; secure doors, gates and windows.
Act as first responder in emergencies and coordinate with police, fire and EMS.
Enforce post orders and BCBSLA policies.
Operate cameras, access control systems, radios and phones.
Investigate and report unusual conditions; write accurate daily activity and incident reports.
Escort associates to vehicles in low-light conditions; perform traffic control as needed.
Keep a professional, courteous presence in lobbies and reception areas.
