Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Homer, Alaska. This role involves assessing and treating patients in a rehab setting, with a focus on optimizing functional outcomes and working within a multidisciplinary team.

The position offers a 13-week engagement, 40 hours per week, and a 10-hour daytime shift with flexible scheduling. Start date is 10/05/2026, and licensure, CPR, and credentialing support are provided by the agency.

Qualifications

• Must have Doctorate in Physical Therapy OR Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy and NPTE.
• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Minimum one year’s experience.
• Current state license as a PT or be in the licensure process.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Develops a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
• Provides skilled physical therapy services/interventions per physician orders.
• Assesses patient needs, plans, evaluates and modifies care to meet goals.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals.
