Qualifications

• Previous critical care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment and planning for individualized patient care.
• Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition.
• Collaborate with patient/family considering developmental, cultural, and age differences; develop care plans with goals and evaluations.
• Communicate with physicians about patient condition and test results.
• Perform nursing duties across the continuum of care for all patients.
• Participate in department process-improvement activities.
