Job summary

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training.
• Experience in seafood industry or food processing preferred.
• Must be able to work in wet, cold conditions and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, scraps, trims and fillets product.
• Opens and removes raw materials and places on belts.
• Segregates product by grade, color, and size and packs for storage or shipment.
• Discards cull and foreign matter; reviews workspace for safety and cleanliness.
