PeaceHealth Home Health in Ketchikan, Alaska is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Full Time, 1.00 FTE, Day position. The salary range for this job opening is $54.65 - $77.15 per hour, with relocation assistance and a potential hiring bonus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy (BS, MS, or Doctorate) from CAPTE-accredited program.
• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience.
• Currently licensed as a Physical Therapist in Alaska.
• Basic Life Support certification required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and establish treatment plans and goals.
• Provide PT treatment and adjust plans as needed.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with care team to coordinate services.
• Mentor students or less-experienced staff as needed.
• Assist in quality improvement and program development.
