Job summary

Vote Blue is seeking a GOTV field director to mobilize voters across Alaska. You will lead a 20–30 canvasser team, setting goals, training staff, and maintaining a safe, inclusive field operation in Anchorage and Fairbanks.

You will also engage in field work several days a week to connect with voters, develop strategic plans for target districts, and manage administrative tasks to support campaign goals.

• Perform field outreach and staff training to meet office goals.
• Oversee reporting, payroll processing, and distribution of materials.
