Job summary

Providence Medical Group - Alaska is seeking a dedicated General Pediatrician to join our Anchorage team. This role focuses on comprehensive outpatient care for infants to young adults within a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting.

The position requires an MD/DO, completion of a pediatric residency, and board certification or eligibility, with Alaska licensure. Relocation support and benefits are included to attract talented clinicians.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Pediatric Residency Program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
• Eligible for medical licensure in Alaska.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric care from birth through adolescence.
• Perform well-child examinations and developmental screenings.
• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses, injuries, and chronic conditions.
• Administer and counsel on immunizations and preventive care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation (Epic).
• Participate in quality improvement and departmental activities.
