Job summary

Nana Management Services, LLC is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support Anchorage and remote Alaska facilities with repairs, preventive maintenance, and building system upkeep. The role involves HVAC, electrical, painting, and structural work, with potential travel to remote sites across the state.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 3 years of related facilities experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of directly related facilities and/or building maintenance experience.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record for the past 3 years.
• Commercial HVAC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair facilities, structures, and building systems across multiple sites.
• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on HVAC, generators, and electrical components.
• Paint interior/exterior surfaces and repair walls, ceilings, doors, and fixtures.
• Modifiy and repair walls, roofs, floors, windows, and window coverings as needed.
• Repair doors, door hardware, and monitor security systems per client requests.
• Travel up to 50% within Alaska to support remote sites; may require small aircraft travel.
