Job summary

Unifi Aviation, LLC is seeking a Customer Service Agent at HNL to be part of our frontline team in the Hawaii operations. This full-time role handles passenger interactions, baggage assistance, and issue resolution with a focus on friendly, professional service.

You will work in a fast-paced airport environment, lifting baggage and using systems to track luggage, with opportunities for advancement and a comprehensive benefits plan.

Qualifications

• Local in-state resident requirement.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid In-State Driver’s License.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to pass up to a 10-year background check.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States.
• Ramp and SIDA training to obtain airport authority identification security.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes computer software to track and catalog luggage.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have the authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
• Must complete ramp and SIDA training to obtain airport authority identification security.
• Must be able to carry heavy items up and down jetway stairs.
• Must be able to be alert to moving vehicles or aircraft and use radio equipment.
