Alarm Technicians will install monitored alarm and camera systems in residential customers' homes. Residential Installation Technicians have skills with hand tools, drills, and climbing ladders. These professionals possess a team player mentality, are customer-focused, and have a CLEAN driving record. Any low voltage/electrical or home automation experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Install and service monitored alarm systems and cameras in residential settings.
- Utilize hand tools, drills, and ladders as needed to complete installations.
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure customer satisfaction and high-quality workmanship.
- Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to safety protocols.
- Leverage any prior low voltage, electrical, or home automation experience to enhance service delivery.

Experience Required
- Must be willing to learn the service process of burglar, home automation, and CCTV systems
- Some knowledge with installation and service of security systems
- Experience with fishing wires, attics, and crawl spaces is a plus
Education Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Vocational or courses in electrical or communication systems is recommended
