Job summary

RANDALL, a premier subcontractor serving Florida and the Southeast, invites applications for Fire Alarm, Security and Access Control Service Technicians / Inspectors in the Orlando, FL area. You will troubleshoot, service, inspect, and program alarm systems, with emphasis on customer service and safety.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of fire alarm service experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass drug screening.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of documented service experience in fire alarm service/inspection.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to pass drug screen and reference check.
• Experience with hand tools and multimeter usage.
• Bilingual English & Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with low-voltage wiring and associated devices for the operation of alarm, security and access control equipment.
• Follow and maintain a highly structured inspection schedule.
• Input, retrieve and archive inspection documents via laptop computer.
• Make minor repairs and programming changes to systems being inspected.
• Provide technical training to less senior inspectors and trainees.
• Complete assigned inspections on time.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
