Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ functional abilities and identify areas requiring improvement.
• Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and document treatment outcomes.
