Job summary

Comagine Health is seeking an active RN based in Alabama for a supervisor role in clinical review. You will lead a team, perform PA reviews, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

Strong leadership and EMR proficiency are essential. Minimum 3 years of clinical experience and 1 year of supervisory experience are required, along with solid knowledge of medical terminology and documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Alabama in good standing with the Alabama Board of Nursing and Board of Medical Examiners.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical healthcare experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or team leadership experience in a clinical setting.
• 1 year of medical management / utilization review experience.
• Strong knowledge of clinical review processes, healthcare regulations, and medical terminology.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and clinical documentation standards.

• Provide clinical review leadership and supervise a team.
• Lead process improvement and target attainment within the review workflow.
• Ensure accurate interpretation of medical records and diagnoses for compliance.
