Signature Aviation in Tennessee is hiring an Airside Experience Specialist to greet guests and deliver seamless, personalized service at our private aviation terminal. You will blend hospitality with hands-on operational support, ensuring guests feel cared for from wheels down to wheels up in a luxury, fast-paced outdoor setting.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to pass background checks and obtain airport badge.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Valid drivers license; CDL may be required locally.
• Good judgment and ability to follow directions.
• Preferred: 3–6 months aviation or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist airside operations safely and efficiently per SOPs and communicate clearly.
• Collaborate with guests, crew, vendors, and aircraft to meet service needs.
• Prepare for arriving/departing aircraft and report safety concerns.
• Operate ground service equipment (fuel trucks, de-icing, GPU, tugs, stairs).
• Load/unload luggage and cargo; assist guest transport as needed.
• Provide professional guest service and maintain a positive attitude.
• Maintain safe, clean ramps and accurate fuel-related records.
• Follow emergency procedures and enforce security protocols.
• Create records for time worked and services performed.
