Job summary

Signature Aviation in Norfolk, VA seeks an Airside Experience Associate to deliver safe, precise ground support and exceptional guest service. You will load/unload baggage, operate ground service equipment, verify access, and assist the Airside Experience team to ensure a seamless guest journey.

The role requires flexibility to work nights, holidays, and weekends, with duties performed near active aircraft in varying weather. A High School diploma and valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and comprehend safety rules and procedures in English.
• Must pass airport background checks and have valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload baggage, freight, and cargo and transfer packages between planes or other transport.
• Operate ground service equipment such as tugs, trucks, conveyors, and other freight handling equipment.
• Conduct identification checks for flight crews, passengers, visitors and vendors per security procedures.
• Monitor facilities including ramps, parking, terminal, hangars and AOA.
• Assist Airside Experience Specialists to ensure guests receive an exceptional experience.
